GENESEO, N.Y.
- The SUNY Geneseo Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation, in conjunction with the Roundtable Athletic Association, offically opened the doors to its new state-of-the-art film room during a ribbon cutting ceremony, Saturday.

The room features stadium seating for 42 individuals as wellas a massive 80-inch smart television among its amenities that will serve all 20 intercollegiate programs and its 450 student-athletes. Located on the first floor of the Schrader Athletic Building, the space will provide a place for teams to meet as well as conduct video sessions.

"The RAA's goal is to do everything it can to make the Geneseo student-athlete experience the best it can be," said RAA Chair Dan Loughran '86. "This project is a perfect example because it doesn't just benefit one or two programs. It will have a lasting impact on all our teams for a very long time and that's what we are all about."

Loughran joined RAA Board member Mike Grammatico '87 and men's ice hockey team captain Conlan Keenan in making remarks, along with Assistant Director of Athletics George Gagnier, who served as emcee.

"Making something like this film room a reality takes a lot of collaboration," said Grammatico. "Facilities Services, College Advancement and administrators from across campus all played a role in bringing this vision to life and we are grateful for everyone that helped this project."
