GENESEO, N.Y. - Three SUNY Geneseo student-athletes were honored by the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) with weekly Athlete of the Week recognition, Monday.

John Decker (Senior): Men's Basketball Player of the Week
Decker scored a career-high 41 points, including 6-of-12 3-pointers and 9-of-10 free throws, in the Knights' 103-93 victory at Morrisville, Tuesday. The 41 points tied for the third-highest individual single-game total in program history and was the most points scored by a Knight in 21 seasons.

He started by notching a pair of goals, including a power-play tally as well as a short-handed goal, along with an assist in a 7-4 victory at Bowdoin on Saturday. He then was credited with the overtime game-winner as the Knights came back to earn a 4-3 decision at Colby on Sunday.

Devin McDonald (Sophomore): Men's Ice Hockey Goalie of the Week
McDonald logged a season-high 30 saves in the victory at Bowdoin before eclipsing the mark with a 39-save showing in the overtime victory at Colby.
