GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Geneseo women's swimming & diving team placed 19th at the 2019 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships, with four student-athletes earning seven All-America honors, including junior Samantha Reichman who was named a two-time All-American.
DAY ONE - Sophomore Deidra Osula earned All-American status for the first time, finishing seventh in the 50 free with a finishing time of 23.26. Junior Samantha Reichman finished fifth with a score of 465.50 in the three-meter dive, earning her first All-America nod after earning a pair of All-America Honorable Mentions last season. Senior Nancy Nasky finished 16th in the 500 free, touching up in 5:05.14, to take 16th in the 500 free and earn All-America Honorable Mention, her second career HM (2016, 1650 free).
DAY TWO - Sophomore Deidra Osula continued her outstanding meet, setting the Geneseo and State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) record in the 100 fly with a finishing time of 56.33, good for 22nd place. Sophomores Lauren Siegel, Noelle Staso, Maddie Knight and Kelly Lennon teamed to form the Geneseo 400 medley relay, placing 23rd with a time of 3:59.08 while Osula joined Knight, Lennon and Staso to finish 21st in the 200 free relay (1:36.14).
DAY THREE - Junior Kiersten Coates joined the Knights' All-American brigade, taking 16th in the one-meter dive to earn All-America Honorable Mention. Reichman added her second career All-America honor, taking eighth in the one-meter dive. Sophomore Alyssa Vadala finished 18th in the event.
DAY FOUR - SUNY Geneseo senior Nancy Nasky finished an All-American seventh in the 1,650 freestyle with a program record 17:00.10 clocking. Sophomore Lauren Siegel set a new program record in the 200 back, finishing in 2:03.42. Sophomore Deidra Osula earned All-American Honorable Mention in the 100 free with a 12th place finish (51.22).
WOMEN: 19th (56 points) out of 50 scoring teams

- Reichman becomes the first Geneseo female diver to finish in the top eight at the NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships in both the one-meter and three-meter dive.
- Reichman becomes the Knights' fourth and Coates the fifth Geneseo divers to earn All-America honors, joining Sharon Smith (1982, 1983), Caroline Gardner (Honorable Mention, 2015) and Claudia Kolakowski (Honorable Mention, 2017).
- Nasky's qualifying time in the prelims (4:58.58) marks the third fastest 500 free time in Geneseo Women's Swimming & Diving history.
- Nasky set a SUNYAC and Geneseo record in the 1650 free, finishing in 17:00.10 for seventh place.
- Osula's set a Geneseo record in the 50 free finals, clocking in at 23.26 to take seventh.
