Men's & Women's Swimming & Diving Teams, Six Individuals, Named CSCAA Scholar All-America

GENESEO, N.Y. – The SUNY Geneseo swimming & diving teams were two of a record 777 programs in the nation across Division I, II and III named Scholar All-America by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) while six individuals landed Scholar All-America honors.

The team awards are in recognition for achieving a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the 2019 spring semester. The Knights' women compiled a 3.36 GPA last semester, while the men averaged a 3.18 GPA as Geneseo was one of 480 colleges and universities included on the list. 

Individuals were honored for compiling a minimum 3.50 GPA while competin at the NCAA Division III Championships.

The Geneseo women went 7-0 in dual meets and won their 27th overall and 12th-consecutive State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Championship last February, while the men, 6-1 in dual meets, picked up their sixth-straight SUNYAC crown and 22nd in the last 24 seasons.
